Born in Ankara in 1979, Ece Demirpençe graduated from Özel Arı High School, in 1997 and from Mimar Sinan University, Urban and Regional Planning, in 2002. She received her master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Istanbul Technical University in 2004. Ece also completed the Art & Science of Coaching program in Erickson International in 2015.
She started her career in Tekfen Gayrimenkul and continued in Proje Yönetim A.Ş. between 2003-2005. She worked as a consultant and participated in the development of most of the very well-known housing and commercial projects.
In 2005, Ece joined Multi Development and started her career in shopping center development. Between 2005-2009, she took the role in land development, management of large-scale projects by leading to the teams from different disciplines, preparation of business plans and investor relations. In 2009, she became the director of investments & operations in Multi Mall Management and managed 9 shopping centers. After 3 years, she was appointed to commercial director position in Multi Development and managed the development of new “Forum” projects.
In 2015, she continued her career as an entrepreneur and launched her first e-commerce start-up, Mediterien Deep, in the US in 2016 and entered to the online home textile market. Parallel to the development of global online retail and changing shopping habits, she gained new skills, combined with her retail experience and became an expert in e-commerce, online retailing, digital marketing, branding, category management, product design, and curation.

Tuğrul Çınar is graduated of Middle East Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Since 1998, he has been working in various manufacturing companies in the field of Human Resources Management. He has realized system set-up and implementation of competencies definition, competency based recruitment, job evaluation, job evaluation based compensation management, succession planning, career management, employee loyalty measurement and improvement studies, performance management, training needs analysis and system issues.
He has also provided consultancy services to various companies on management systems, and has been the lead auditor of certification audits.
Tuğrul Çınar, A class occupational health and safety specialist, tried to create a cultural change by combining his Human Resources Management studies with his Occupational Health and Safety experiences in some companies he worked for.
Tuğrul Çınar's hobbies include listening to rock music, playing and watching basketball matches.
